Stone Milled: Traditionally stone milled in small batches (only yielding 38 grams per hour!) giving the ceremonial matcha a silky fine texture.
Taste: Characterised by its vibrant colour, smooth consistency, and rich umami taste with subtle sweetness.
Optimum flavour: Ceremonial matcha is typically sourced from the first harvest of the year, known as "first flush," when the tea leaves are at their peak freshness and flavour.
