- International Delivery: We ship internationally for a flat rate of $25.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping typically takes between 3-7 business days, while express shipping usually arrives within 2-4 business days. We ship via Australia Post and Sendle, and the estimated delivery times are based on the information they provide to us. Delivery to WA, NT, TAS, Regional QLD, Regional SA, Regional NSW and Regional VIC may take longer than standard delivery times. Please note that we cannot control the speed of delivery, and actual times may vary due to factors such as public holidays or postal delays.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping to locations worldwide for a flat fee of $25. Regardless of where you are, we can deliver our products to you. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and customs processing in your country.
How can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
If you need to change your shipping address, please contact us immediately so we can update it in our system. If your order has already been dispatched, we won't be able to change the address, and a redelivery fee of $9 will apply. Please ensure you double-check that you've entered the correct address when placing your order, as we are not responsible for deliveries made to incorrect addresses. We recommend reaching out as soon as possible to avoid any issues.
