Ingredients:
- 1 teaspoon of high-quality matcha powder
- 80 degrees celsius hot water (not boiling), approximately 2/3 cup
- Bamboo matcha whisk
Method:
- Sift the matcha powder into a bowl to remove any lumps.
- Add the hot water to the bowl.
