Ingredients:
- 2 cups of heavy cream
 - 1 cup of whole milk
 - 3/4 cup of granulated sugar
 - 1 tablespoon of matcha powder
 
Method:
- In a saucepan, whisk together the milk, heavy cream, and sugar over medium heat until the sugar is dissolved.
 - Remove the mixture from the heat and whisk in the matcha powder until fully incorporated.
 - Let the mixture cool, then refrigerate for at least 4 hours.
 - Once chilled, pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and follow the manufacturer's instructions to churn the ice cream.
 - Transfer the ice cream to a container and freeze until firm. Scoop and enjoy your homemade matcha green tea ice cream.
