Ingredients

  • 2g matcha powder 
  • 60ml hot water (70°C–80°C)
  • 200ml milk (or your favourite plant-based alternative)
  • Optional: Sweetener of choice (e.g., honey, agave syrup, or sugar)

1. Sift Your Matcha

  • To avoid clumps, sift 1 teaspoon of Hello Matcha into your bowl or mug using a fine mesh sieve.

2. Add Hot Water

  • Heat 60 ml of water to 70°C–80°C. Pour the water over the matcha powder.

3. Mix Until Smooth

  • Use your milk frother to mix the matcha and water until smooth and frothy. This ensures the powder is fully dissolved, creating a rich base.

4. Froth Your Milk
